There is no typical type student. There are many different groups of students at Memorial. Most students stay in their own groups.

Jackson Memorial is very welcoming to all types of people so there is no cookie cutter type student. The diversity in Jackson Memorial is quite enamoring because there are so many different students and not just your cliche cliques as movies about high school may portray. There are athletes who are also in marching band or in the musical. There are also students that may be in Colorguard, volleyball team, the football team, etc, that unite in our JROTC unit or in the many different honor societies we have in our school. The one quality a student should have, if any, is to not neglect the quantity of clubs that Jackson Memorial offers because their are so many that their is bound to be at least one that anyone can fit into.

A typical JMHS student is strong-willed, outgoing, and studious. The type of person that goes to JMHS should be willing to work their hardest and have fun doing so!
