A typical student could either be a student who had graduated high school or a student who is older with or without previous college experience. When it comes to attending Delaware tech any person wanting an education can go. The school provides great guidance to help anyone 18 and older find a major they like and enter a program that will begin a new path to their lives.

The wonderful thing about Del-Tech is that the campus and programs are stored for any type of student. It's perfect for the slow, easy going student and it's great for the fast paced student too. There's such great diversity at Del-Tech.

If you go to DTCC, you should be a flexible, yet driven, type of individual. At DTCC, 80% of the student body is non-traditional, meaning most of us have jobs, families, and are not coming to college directly out of high school. Personally, I feel that this gives each student a stronger purpose to enroll and finish college.
