The most popular extracurricular activities at Quartz Hill High School are football, cross country, and ASB. Most incoming students ask frequently about these programs. I would recommend joining Key club, which is another popular extracurricular program on campus. It is a great way to meet students who get involved and are very passionate about community service.

Quartz Hill offers AP, IB, AVID, ASB, Yearbook, and many other intresting opportunities. Personally I would recommend AP and AVID because they have amazing teachers that are willing to spend extra time to help with anything. Also a majority of schools offer AVID, but I feel that QH has the best fitting teachers for it. The AP classes that are offered here may not be offered at other schools, we have a large variety of class within science, english, and social science.

In the Antelope Valley, each school is known for various of things. Here, we are noticed for football, track and field, and our annual Talent Show. I personally would recommend football considering the fact that it keeps us united as a school. For we bleed blue and gold.
