Students at Yale like to sing in a cappella groups. We also just like to hangout and often travel around to close by New York or Boston. We also eat lots of pizza in New Haven.

  1. Go to Toad's on a Wednesday night, maybe to see a terrible rapper
  2. Intellectual conversations in the dining hall
  3. Experiment with various drugs

In general, stress relief is found at Toad's, the local venue that host's dance parties that pull a big crowd on Wednesday's and Saturday's. They also enjoy participating in the anxious social hub of the libraries, especially in Bass, where you go to study if you want to be seen studying (and proceed to study very little). Last, the gym's are always so packed one must assume the people are having a good time (or why would they keep coming back).

Attend club events: This could include (but is not limited to): mixers, socials, and networking events. You'll have to strain yourself to find a day of the week that isn't packed with student activities! Go to Toad's (local nightclub): This local nightclub offers a special Yale night on Wednesdays, with a musical guest each Thursday. Past musical guests have included Aaron Carter and some other internationally recognized artists, so it's a great place to check out. Participate in community events: New Haven, a thriving city of 130,000 people, offers a multitude of free or low cost events each week, most of them within walking distance from campus.
