The typical Horizon student is quite. Most students keep to themselves or keep to their clique of friends. We do not hate nor appreciate most programs at our school. Our student body is not the liveliest, but we have brilliant students and one of the best campus lifestyles around. Anyone is welcome to come and attend.

I was very surprised by my peers when I began attending Horizon High School. I was expecting there to be divisions between different types of people and for rivalries to arise throughout the year. I thought that high school would be like all the stereotypes. However, students there are friendly and mix well. I couldn't put labels on people if I tried. Horizon is a community of accepting people. High school students should be able to respect each other's interests and differences. Racial, religious, and cultural differences should be overlooked and instead bring the kids together.
