The top three reasons a person should attend LCB is, first of all, to learn what there is to learn in the Culinary or Pastry and Bakery field. Second, to get a job in the field if that's what you would like, this school will teach you the basics of what there is to know. Finally, to meet people that are just as dedicated as you are in something that you all love. Everyday I come to school and I know that I am surrounded by people who have the same common interest as me, working in the culinary field everyday and doing what they love!
