USFSM is a very small campus, which gives it a much more high school feel to it. If you are someone who is not ready to dive into a large state college, this is a great starting point. If you like instructors being a large part of your education this is a nice place for you as well. People who enjoy a small and close community will get along here very well. At the same time, it is still a college so it takes someone who is serious about their education to attend this campus. Instructors are more than willing to help, but you need to put in the time yourself as well.
