The Bauer College of Business’ signature Executive MBA program is its Global Leadership Executive MBA, which is designed to prepare executives for senior leadership positions in corporations, government and non-profit organizations. The 22-month curriculum focuses on problem solving, management skills and a truly global perspective on business issues, with classes meeting on Monday and Thursday nights. A compressed, 18-month version called the Global Leadership Executive MBA Program II meets on alternating Fridays and Saturdays, enabling students to take two classes at a time.

Texas, of course, is known for its energy industry, and the University of Houston serves that sector in particular with its Global Energy Executive MBA. The only program of its kind in Houston, the GEMBA is designed to prepare leaders to thrive even during times of massive change in the industry. Like the Global Leadership program, the GEMBA features a week-long international business residency within a 22-month format. The GEMBA is also available at the University’s The Woodlands campus.
