Would you recommend attending St. Mary's Academy if you had the choice? Why or why not?

St. Mary's Academy has my full recommendation. I would not be where I am today if it was not for this school. Not only has it given me a strong intellectual foundation, but has opened me up to my interest and has forced me to learn more about myself. The school tailors its experience to each student in the academic sense, but also in the emotional sense. They care about what is happening with each student inside and outside of the classroom. SMA is an inclusive place, regardless of your religion, race, or sexual orientation. The community is competitive, but it fosters a sense of pride in our ability to push ourselves and each other to our limits. As an all girls school, it allows a young woman to grow into a leader without the pressures on females that are often associated with the high school/teenage experience. I have never been more confident in my education and myself as I am at St. Mary's Academy. The SMA slogan depicts this feeling perfectly: "Today's Young Woman. Tomorrow's Leader."
