That being said, there are also lots of people who are very different than you that you can learn valuable lessons from. The academic rigor is another reason to attend Berkeley. Among our professors are Nobel Laureates and famous researchers, and they all choose to be at Berkeley to teach YOU. The city of Berkeley has fantastic weather since it is normally around 75 degrees. This is typical weather for the beach since Berkeley is really near the ocean. The faculty is also one of the best since there are a lot of top researchers and professors that have passion in their field of study.
