It seems like they have a great location with lots of places to go by it. they have plenty of great opportunity to find out what you are interested in. The classes seem to be smaller and there are allot of resources to help with each class you take.

Weber State is located in a beautiful area. Right at the base of the Wasatch Mountain Range, we have a great view of the city below. The campus is laid out in an organized and easily accessible way. The buildings are all very close to each other. At the front of the school, there is a huge pond that is home to many ducks and geese. It is nice after a long day of classes to go out and sit under the shade of a tree and feed the ducks. Like I had mentioned in an earlier question, the professors at Weber State take a genuine interest in each of their students. They want to see them succeed and do well in their educational goals. They work very hard to make sure the students understand the lectured material and are available for outside help whenever their students need them. Last but not least, the kind of people that attend Weber State have high morals and worthy goals. They are kind to one another and are motivated in their education. We all want to succeed and want to make sure our friends and peers succeed as well. Weber State University is a great college to attend because they are accepting of all types of students; even if some students have poor GPA's or poor test scores, Weber State believes that every student deserves a chance at higher education. Weber State also offers small class sizes with teachers actively engaged in each student's success. Teachers are more than willing to meet with students outside of class to tutor/advice students and to ensure their success. Lastly, we have some exceptional programs at Weber State. Our Communications department is very organized. Our Music Theater department and our Nursing program are among the top programs in the nation.

Weber is a great university located north of Salt Lake City in Utah. The campus offers many programs for students with different interests to pursue. Being a division 1 sport school, competitive programs compete through out the year and provide ample entertainment.

I think the number one reason to attend Weber State University is the variety of classes and majors offered and the wonderful professors. I have never once been disappointed. They truly do want you to succeed and have fun doing it. Number two would have to be the location. Located in gorgeous, vibrant Ogden, there is always something to do! It's also close to Salt Lake City and it is fun to take weekend trips to the beautiful red rocks of Southern Utah. Number three is the overall feeling. Not only is the campus gorgeous, but everyone is very friendly and makes you feel wanted. Student life can be really fun and with a huge variety of clubs to join, you will never be bored.
