Student, Laramie County Community College, Class of 2015,
School in Cheyenne, Wyoming doesn't sound like it would be too much fun! But honestly, it's been the best experience for my first two years of college. I couldn't have picked a better school to attend! When Wyoming comes to mind people think of cattle, horses, and Cowboys! And that just about sums up my school too! For fun, I learned how to rope with the rodeo team. It was much more of a learning experience than anything, and a huge cultural experience as well. It was something I've never been exposed to before back home in Colorado. We also like to go dancing at swing dance places. It was such a culture change being there, but a great experience! Dancing made me stronger and helped socially with making friends. Lastly, at LCCC we are very big in gym time, which is fun. You can always find someone shooting hoops or playing recket ball in the gym! It's great cause it's such a small school so everyone knows or has seen each other so you can always find a friend to play around with! Those are the top three things I do for fun at Laramie County Community College, and will miss when I graduate.
