Student, Park View High School, Class of 2016,
A person who attends Park View High School should be a person who is respectful and accepting. Park View High School has garnished a reputation for being the ghetto of Loudoun County. With this reputation, it is easy to feel discouraged and even embarrassed of our school. However, we, as a community, have learned to accept all our different ethnicities and backgrounds. In our high school, all ethnicities are respectful of one another and are encouraged to showcase their background. We embrace the beauties of other cultures and by doing so, are able to grow together as a community. Most students from Park View have already grown accustomed to the diversity of our community if coming from our feeder school, Sterling Middle School. But with our friendly and welcoming environment, new students feeding into Park View, are surrounded by love and acceptance and, in turn, becomes one that loves and accepts. To be a part of the Park View community, you must learn to embrace the community, no matter how different they are from yourself. This is the type of person who attends and should attend Park View.
