There is another school with the same name already enrolled on Noodle. When I tried to claim my profile, and a notice came up saying something had gone wrong. How can I register?

Thank you for your question! My apologizes for any error messages you may have received. You can easily access, customize and update the information on your profile at any time. We also highly recommend adding photos, videos, your social media accounts and other key information to heighten visitors level of engagement. It's easy to get started, just follow the steps below.

Access Your Profile:

  1. Visit Your Profile!

  2. Click the "Claim your profile" link on the left panel underneath sections

  3. Sign up with your name and email

  4. Verify your phone number

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your information has been verified. Then you’ll have access to begin updating your profile.

Update Your Profile: (2 Ways)

1a: Sign-in on the homepage, click the white "Edit" button on the left side of your dashboard under the "Claimed Profiles" section.

1b: Sign-in on your profile, click on the“Edit Profile" link within the yellow floating bar across the page.

  1. You’re now in our editing platform and your profile sections are listed on the left pane. Click on a specific section or scroll down the page to make updates.

  2. Remember to frequently click the “Save and Publish” button in the bottom right hand corner of the page while making updates and when you're finished so that the changes will be live.
