Community, growth, and commitment.

If you feel excited at all when you hear those words SPU is for you. But the best part is that you don't have to be perfect. SPU isn't just for certain types of people. It's not a place to continue whatever identity you think you've created in High School. It's a place to craft a new, identity. To improve and grow and learn what it means to be yourself. If you want to be around people who will genuinely accept you as you are, if you want to be around peers and professors who will challenge you on a personal level to become a better person, if you want to have the time of your life in a close-knit and awesome community, SPU is for you.

In too many schools one is lost in the crowd. It's not possible here. Fellow students and faculty will find you, no matter how hard you try to hide, and help you engage. If you want to be one of the crowd, one of the endless sea of faces, SPU is not for you. But if you end up here, we'll help you anyway.
