Asked about: Molloy College

Describe the type of student who should not attend Molloy College and explain why.

Small is good, but it is not for everyone. If a potential student wants booming house parties and parades through the town, Molloy cannot compete. Nestled on Long Island, there is no surrounding college town. The small campus and cozy atmosphere a bales easy friend-making and socialization, but Molloy will never be a party-school. It is traditional. The dorms are heavily monitored, and visitors must sign in. People get together off campus, but not as extravagantly as large party schools. Anyone who wants to use college as their "party years" or as a break from responsibility and will should not attend Molloy; they would be greatly disappointed.

If you are looking for a big school with a lot of sports and parties, this is not the school for you. If you are looking for large lecture size classes where you are not on a personal level with the professor.
