The three most popular extracurricular activities at Diamond Ranch High School would be Football, ASB, and Dance. Football is cherished by many schools, our Diamond Ranch JV and varsity Football team is filled with hardworking males that are enjoy and are good at what they do. ASB is a club that responsible students take that will learn about leadership and teamwork. Thanks to ASB school events are made. Diamond Ranch High School is known to have a prestigious Dance Company. It provides a Dance Conservatory and Academy, where both sexes can learn different styles of dance and have the opportunity to major in it. Diamond Ranch High School provides many excellent extracurricular activities such as Football, ASB, Dance, Cheer, Debate, Pageantry, Band and etc., which makes it very hard to choose from but the best I can recommend for someone that's willing to put the time and work is choose what you like and enjoy.

The 3 most popular extracurricular activities at Diamond Ranch High School California Scholars Federation, National Honors Society, and Debate. I recommend both the California Scholars Federation and National Honors Society because they both help engage students in assisting their communities. Members of these clubs gain a strong fundamental base for volunteer work and tutoring skills.

Football on Friday nights you will be apart of a team bigger than yourself. You will be apart of a team that knows success on and off the field. The football program wins in the class room with a high team GPA and does various charity events with the American Cancer Society. The Diamond Ranch Football team is based off its four pillars: Leadership, Character, Academics, and Community in which all players are expected to withhold these morals. Christian Club is an organization dedicated to doing good in the local community that struggles with violence and has a very high crime rate in the city of Pomona. The Christian Club does various charities events such as canned food drives to help families in need. Club Land and Agriculture is a group that cleans and beautifies the school's campus. The club completes various community service projects using their knowledge of landscape and architecture. The club also organizes various beach cleanups. The club is great ways of accomplishing community service.

More than half the school is involved in the Associated Student Body, also known as A.S.B. However, apart from just that activity, most people are also in Dance and CSF. The California Scholarship Federation provides volunteer opportunities to students who are college-bound. Although, CSF is helpful, personally the reason I did not join was due to how time consuming it is and I do take the school bus, so I do not have the option of staying after school to help out. However, I would recommend joining either ASB, cheerleading, or any other sport. I joined cheer and was able to find myself and make friends with people that truly care about me. Through cheerleading I was able to note my biggest flaws and fix them through the support of a team that all had the similar goal, to have fun and make people happy. Similar to cheerleading, ASB provides that same support since both activities are time consuming, but the people in charge are more understanding towards people's situations. It may seem like fun and easy asks that both ASB and cheerleading have to do, but in reality, a lot more goes into making these two activities work than just fun.
