Which 3 extracurricular activities at Westwood High School are most popular? Which extracurriculars would you recommend?

The Westwood Debate team is both nationally ranked and wonderfully structured. The team itself consistently brings home awards and wins, and its steady influx of freshmen into the program show its popularity as well. DECA, the business program that sends students to various business programs, holds a position of pride with its constant success and giant quantity of members. Finally, Westwood band has tiring morning practices during its season, but the members only seem to get larger - the sense of community is the strongest in the entire school. I would personally recommend the debate team, as I am a loyal member, but it has undoubtedly accelerated my oratory skills and research capabilities.

The three most popular extracurriculars at my school are Robotics, AFJROTC, and Model UN. I would suggest that someone join AFJROTC. Even though it is a military based club, it is a place where you can gain leadership skills, knowledge, more opportunities, and a family that is with you even after you graduate. It wouldn't be what you expect, which makes this club even more exciting. You get to volunteer to a lot of events and even travel to the mountains, California, Colorado and much more.
