Describe the type of student who should not attend Sacramento City College and explain why.

I answered this question in my previous answer... Anybody that is seeking to better themselves through education is welcomed at Sacramento City College. Hence, categorizing what type of students should not attend this campus, is something I cant conceive.

a student who is smart and is focused on their work and never causes problems. a student who knows what they want to become.
