I don't think the stereotype of a typical student applies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. My favorite part of going to school in Milwaukee is the diversity amongst the students and even the surrounding communities. Since I have taken the opportunity to explore all the campus has to offer, I have come to the conclusion that everyone brings a little piece of their own home with them when we move to Milwaukee. The different nationalities and cultures brought together by school is what makes the campus so great. One thing all of the students have in common is that we love our new home in Milwaukee and we're all here because we thrive to gain education and better ourselves and our future.
