The three top reasons someone should attend CU are, the mountains. Waking up to the mountains first thing in the morning is probably the best part about attending Boulder. Another reason would be the environment, it is such a laid back city and school that you could totally be yourself without any worries and it makes it a lot easier to make friends. The last reason would be the professors. All the professors have had for my first semester were great! They all really cared about their students and that they were all passing the class, they persisted on students coming to their office hours if they had any questions or to email them because they all wanted to make sure the students knew what was being taught in lecture.

I've attended other schools before, but one of the most important attributes to this school is the passion of the teachers. Some of the other schools I have gone to the teachers seemed so dispassionate about teaching at that particular institution, I wondered why I was paying them to teach me. Second, someone should attend to just simply live in Boulder. Boulder is considered one of the most beautiful places to live in the U.S. and it's rightly so. Think about going into class everyday and seeing a backdrop of the mountains. If there has been any inkling of wanting to attend this school then the person should. I've never been part of an institution where they wanted to be so involved in the student. One of the best interactions I've had at the school was seeing my academic advisor, who constantly sends me opportunities to better myself in my field and because of that I was accepted to intern for a non-profit organization.

Boulder is one of the most unique towns in the country. It is hard to find an environment with a top notch university and a creative town surrounding it. The size of the university ensures that anyone who decides to attend will not be short of colleges with similar interests or intentions at school. Being a D1 school, the student involvement and support are never ending. The athletes are all supportive of one another, and also supportive of their classmates inside the class. The support also goes in the other direction, and also intertwines between the marching band, to the international students, and even to the RA's who keep us successful during our freshman year. One of the final reasons why anyone should attend CU is the most obvious; the campus itself. Some have said that CU is one of the most beautiful schools in the country.
