The location which is in the north side is in a good neighborhood. There are also lot of internship opportunities available for students to apply for. The class sizes are also small enough so that students can get the attention they need.

It is a very diverse and welcoming school. NEIU is dedicated to the success of each of its students and is constantly coming up with new and innovative ways they can better serve their students throughout their college careers. The professors are amazing and they are dedicated to each student. The school overall is growing and will continue to do so in order to attract a larger amount of prospective students, which will eventually make NEIU a competitive school.

I would say the best reason to go, is to get through college debt free and successfully. Our programs and extracurricular activities are all very interesting, but I think my favorite reason to go to NEIU is the amount of diversity.

Three reasons I will recommend people to take classes at NEIU is that Northeastern is a diverse school you see people from different backgrounds, there is no discrimination. Northeastern is a good school and not as expensive as others schools in Illinois. The teachers are great this whole time I've been there I haven't had any teacher that I disliked. My experience there has been wonderful.

Northeastern is a very costly friendly university, it happens to be the cheapest in Illinois. The school offers a lot to its students. They have an incredible tutoring program. I love attending this university because the class sizes are not extremely large, a lot of the professors are willing to help you in any way that they can.

Northeastern is a school that is accepting and staffed with some of the most caring faculty, geared toward the individual who attends Northeastern. Unfortunately, since a desire to build dorms has arisen within the school, the tuition costs are rising. With the rise in tuition, less individuals will come to attend NEIU and a rise in students who are not seeking to better themselves, only receive a degree. The students who are full time employees, have full family responsibilities, and are trying to make their lives better will be displaced.

The 3 main reasons that someone should attend NEIU are as follows; 1. The tuition is very affordable. If I'm not mistaken, Newsweek Magazine, says that "NEIU has the sixth cheapest tuition in the U.S." This while having three main campuses in the city of Chicago. 2. The professors are very approachable. Some so much so that working and community building is foreseeable. In times where employment is scarce, creation of certain services and avenues are promoted 3. The main three campuses are in Chicago. You can always find something to do, no matter the season. And while in school, and even after graduation, its a great place to build up whatever it is that you see yourself doing.

1)The quality of the teachers is 9.5/10 times amazing. Our teachers are experienced and are not there to waste anyone's time. That being said, classes are not easy and students should be serious about school and studying. Students should be ready to put in the effort to absorb and master the subject they choose to study.

2) The location of this school is the perfect gateway into city life- it has the comfort of a suburb mixed with the compact, bustling lifestyle of a large metropolis. The networking opportunities are vast, with multiple job fairs, internship opportunities and social events that encourage students to take small steps into the professional world.

3) Northeastern is not inferior to other schools because it's small or it's cheap- it's probably superior because of those qualities. In bigger schools, you can get fade into the masses but at Northeastern, people are able and willing to help you. I feel as if the staff are really focused on the students reaching and exceeding their potential. Advisers are always keen on picking up what you have a passion for and will help direct you to where you want to go in life.

Great professors, they care about you, you can talk to them about your grades and extra help. You develop a professional relationship with your professors. The class sizes are small so your professors can get a chance to know each individual student. The environment is wonderful, everyone is welcoming and warm. No one feels left out because there is a club for everyone and if there isn't then you can make one.

  1. The teachers are passionate and genuinely want their students to do well after graduation - they're not just trying to get through the semester.
  2. In my experience, the departments have everything under control and are effective at helping students.
  3. The experience of going to school in such a diverse part of Chicago - the Albany Park community has been ranked the most ethnically diverse region in the United States.
