Student, Mascoma Valley Regional High School, Class of 2016,
The three extracurricular activities that are most popular at Mascoma Valley Regional High School consist of sport groups, art clubs, and music groups. Our sports like football and volleyball demand cooperation and teach lifelong skills such as fitness and health. While building physical strength, it also improves mental sharpness and teamwork. Art clubs helps to encourage emotion and expression, for that is a large part of Mascoma Valley Regional High School. Creativity and acceptance thrives and is generated through these activities. Not only does it inspire oneself, but it reaches to the entire audience of the school. Music is probably the most popular and is the extracurricular I would recommend. Not only does it soothe stress, music teaches the brain confidence and patience.
