NIU’s College of Business offers two full-time MBA programs. The day program, known as the Fast-Trak MBA, is designed for recent college graduates with little or no professional experience. Classes meet Monday through Friday on the DeKalb campus during the spring and fall semesters, and the program as a whole can be completed in 12 months. Fast-Trak students can study abroad and earn a second Masters degree in International Management from either the ENAE School of Business in Murcia, Spain or IAE, the Bordeaux University School of Management in Bordeaux, France.

Students with established careers who want to return to school and complete the program quickly are better served by the One-Year MBA program. Evening classes meet twice per week at the Hoffman Estates campus, beginning in January. The One-Year MBA program features team-based learning as well as an included international trip. Because the program is designed for working adults, staff take care of nearly all administrative necessities, from registering for classes to delivering academic materials.
