Our school, in the Throggs Neck section of the Northeast Bronx, offers the uniqueness of the large comprehensive high school curricular and extracurricular diversity combined with the supports and resources of smaller theme-based Academies. Each of our students receives a personalized, nurturing educational experience within the theme-based Academies. Each Academy has an assistant principal, teachers, guidance counselors, and support staff who are dedicated to improving student performance. Our current Academies include Technology Academy, Law Academy, Visual Arts, Media & Performance Academy, Health Careers Academy (Nursing and Pre-Medical), and Anne Hutchinson Academy.
