Curtis Kindergarten says

Curtis Kindergarten & Preschool was started by Evelyn Curtis with considerable help from her husband Burl. The school was started in 1979 and has been in continual operation since then. The Curtis Kindergarten & Preschool program is a structured learning environment and children are expected to be at school by the time class begins, ensuring your childs participation in all activities and minimizing classroom disruptions from late arrivals. Parents/guardians receive individual class schedules, including days and times, during enrollment. To nurture young children in the love of Jesus and provide them with the fundamental skills, knowledge and confidence they need to become successful students once they enter the first grade. Learning acceptable behavior in the classroom and other social settings is vital to the success of every child. The Curtis Kindergarten & Preschool staff uses positive reinforcement techniques, including prevention, redirection and praise, to help children develop self-control, self-reliance, and to respond positively to both peers and adults.
