Casa Dei Bambini's Full Profile

Casa Dei Bambini says

Casa Del Bambini school opened in 1974 and operates under a chartered, non-profit corporation. Its purpose is the education of children, and tuition will be kept as low as possible without sacrificing the quality of education offered. Children in the primary class are not expected to have a background in Montessori, but the upper levels of the primary class and those in the elementary class must have either a Montessori background or a demonstrated ability for the child to operate successfully in the atmosphere of a Montessori classroom. Children are accepted as students without regard to race, religion, sex or national origin. All teachers are AMI-certified (Association Montessori International), and the school submits to periodic inspections to maintain its AMI affiliation. Children who attend Casa Del Bambini can be expected to make as much or more progress academically as they would in a traditional public or private school, meeting all requirements for advancement to high school.

Private schools, including parochial and boarding, are funded through tuition and fees. The cost varies from school to school, but most families pay tuition to attend them. Many private schools offer financial aid or discounts, so it's worthwhile to ask about these options.
