Choate Rosemary Hall is a boarding and day secondary school of 864 talented students and 172 dedicated faculty from diverse backgrounds who genuinely enjoy living together and learning from each other. Above all, it is our sense of place that distinguishes us. Students from across the nation and around the globe thrive in a rigorous, resource-rich academic program and a community that fosters independence and integrity. The Kohler Environmental Center is the first state-of-the art teaching, research, and residential environmental center in U.S. secondary education. This LEED-Platinum, net zero energy facility, designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, supports a year-long intensive, interdisciplinary Environmental Immersion Program.
