Our mission at Puget Sound Christian School is to train children according to God's purpose by providing a Christ-centered, safe, loving environment where parents, board members and staff, in partnership, work to help each student achieve academic excellence and spiritual growth. PSCS offers instruction from preschool through sixth grade. We use both A Beka and ACSI curriculum. Our staff also uses their skills in creative art, science and other helpful resources. Our instruction has been developed to include many "hands on" experiences to broaden the academic learning. We are committed to maintaining a Biblical, worldview.
Private schools, including parochial and boarding, are funded through tuition and fees. The cost varies from school to school, but most families pay tuition to attend them. Many private schools offer financial aid or discounts, so it's worthwhile to ask about these options.
