New Hope Christian school is a ministry of New Hope Baptist Church. The school began as a vision of Pastor Ralph Waggoner and became a reality in 1993 with complete cooperation of the congregation of the church. It is a Kindergarten through 8th grade private school which is distinctively Christian in its atmosphere and approach to education. Jesus Christ is the center of learning; therefore, it is our desire that our students come to a personal knowledge of Christ as Savior and Lord. The mission of New Hope Christian School is to provide an environment in which children will develop to their God-given potential; to equip students with skills, knowledge, and values to influence society for Christ; and to minister to the families of our students. The mission of New Hope Christian School is to provide an environment in which children will develop to their God-given potential; to equip students with skills, knowledge, and values to influence society for Christ; and to minister to the families of our students. New Hope Christian School is a ministry of the body of Christ that will educate children by instilling a Biblical worldview providing Bible-based curriculum and Christian example; that will produce godly citizens filled with God's love, truth, and wisdom. We will be an instrument in God's hand to carry out the Great Commission in the redemption of the lost world; and we will aid the community by meeting the special needs of students and families as we are gifted and enabled by God to do so.
