Summitview says

Summitview is a private, nonprofit organization licensed by the State of California to provide a variety of mental health services to children and families. We offer outpatient mental health, wraparound, residential, and special education services for children and adolescents. Although we treat a variety of psychological problems and symptoms, the residential treatment program specializes in treating adolescent girls who are suicidal and engage in self-harm behavior. Summitview is accredited by the California Alliance of Child and Family Services.

Private schools, including parochial and boarding, are funded through tuition and fees. The cost varies from school to school, but most families pay tuition to attend them. Many private schools offer financial aid or discounts, so it's worthwhile to ask about these options.
