Scholars Academy says

Scholars' Academy is an academically accelerated selective high school that prepares students for the challenges of college learning. Comprised of multi-talented students, our diverse student body is challenged by an ambitious curriculum in English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Language and the Arts. All classes are honors or Advanced Placement and students have the opportunity to earn college credit in their junior and senior years. Teachers work closely with students on an individual basis within a school-wide cooperative group structure to ensure their success.

Curriculum

Scholars' Academy follows a unique course of study which allows students to complete most of their high school graduation requirements by the end of grade 10. All students take Advanced Placement courses in grades 11 & 12 and many apply for internships. Students may elect to earn college credit for several classes through a partnership with St. Francis College. The Academy offers elective courses in media, visual arts, technology and music. There are also advanced courses in visual arts and online courses in grade 12.
