Montessori Academy, the largest private Montessori school in the nation, is located in a state-of-the-art 4.5 acre, 82,000sqft facility, in the beautiful city of Pembroke Pines. Our school caters to children ages 2 months through 15 years of age.

Montessori Academy's sister company, Montessori Academy Training Institute, is a MACTE accredited and AMS affiliated Teacher Education Program. Candidates seeking admission to the Montessori Early Childhood Teacher Certification program, should call our offices for more details at 954.435.4622.


Montessori Academy's curriculum is based on the philosophy and methodology developed by Dr. Maria Montessori; which is individualized instruction and self-paced learning, in a prepared, multi-age environment.

Our graduates are accepted into the top high schools in the area, achieving highest admission test results, and in many cases receiving academic scholarships.

Mission Statement

Montessori Academy's mission is to prepare students to be life-long learners and responsible citizens of the world community. Through the use of Montessori methods and philosophy, an individualized approach in multi-age groupings encourages developmentally appropriate learning of academics, social and life skills. All children are given the freedom in a structured environment that is nurturing, child-centered and supportive - to develop their gifts and pursue their interests while also learning the incumbent responsibilities.
