Cornerstone High School is a part of Chalutzim Academy, which has been teaching students since 1978. We are dedicated to educating students in preparation for higher education, as well as helping them to grow in their spiritual lives. We are a Messianic Jewish school, serving students from varied backgrounds. We also serve the home school community, allowing students to enroll part time to supplement their education at home. We have begun the process of accreditation, having been established as Cornerstone High School for ten years. Our student body has grown from 10 to 50 students, in grades 9-12. Our small class size allows for individual attention, and encouraging of each student's interests and abilities. -This year our staff includes 10 teachers, each one with either a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and an average of 8 years experience teaching in his/her field. Several on the staff have been teaching for 20-25 years or more. Each one is expert in his/her field of teaching, 5 of them having worked in that field before teaching.-We offer a full high school curriculum through the four years. Honors courses are available, including Hebrew, History, English, Mathematics, and Sciences. Honors students in 11 th and 12 th grade are also eligible to take courses at local colleges, including Eastern University, Villanova, and Delaware County Community College. Students have taken courses there which have been accepted at their colleges once they graduate. Graduating students have all been accepted to their first choice of colleges, many with scholarships.
