Cornerstone Christian School provides an accredited Christ-centered education for students from kindergarten through the 12th grade in an environment where God and education come together. Graduates will be prepared both spiritually and academically to be in the world to serve God for life as they proceed to their next level of education. Students are admitted to Cornerstone Christian School on the basis of attitude, previous academic achievement, interviews, and placement tests. It must be understood that if a student does not cooperate in maintaining high ideals of academic achievement and Christian conduct, he will be asked to withdraw. No one has a right to attend; it is a privilege that must be earned and respected. At Cornerstone we believe that each child deserves every opportunity to improve and succeed, we must not and will not become a repository for those who choose not to improve. At this time, we do not have facilities to accommodate handicapped children or children with certain learning differences. We will add special education classes as our enrollment increases. We do not have the proper facilities for special education programs at this time.
Private schools, including parochial and boarding, are funded through tuition and fees. The cost varies from school to school, but most families pay tuition to attend them. Many private schools offer financial aid or discounts, so it's worthwhile to ask about these options.
