Heritage School says

The Heritage School, founded in 1996, is a partnership between the New York City Department of Education and Teachers College, Columbia University. The Heritage School is fortunate to be in a building and neighborhood that is immersed in culture, community, and pride. Heritage offers a comprehensive curriculum of learning that includes the arts.
