Jacksonville Christian School began as a Kindergarten class in 1971 by Bunny Beall. It is a non-denominational school supported through tuition and donations that provides a high standard of academics in Jacksonville and surrounding communities. The school has grown to 96 students in Pre-Kindergarten 4 through Sixth grade with a student/teacher ratio of 12:1 in Pre-Kindergarten and 16:1 in Kindergarten through Sixth grade. Jacksonville Christian School is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International and Association of Christian Schools of Texas. Jacksonville Christian School is making a real difference in the lives of children academically and spiritually. It is the mission of JCS to teach the students spiritual, emotional, social, and academic foundational principles that applies to their lives now and in the future.
