Rocketship Los Suenos Academy says

At Rocketship Los Sueños, our students and families are committed to practicing environmental stewardship to help protect our Earth. We supplement our students learning by having them engage in activities such as sustainable planting, recycling, using recycled goods to create projects and doing large scale cleaning projects for our neighborhood.

Mission Statement

The purpose of education is for all students to learn to use their minds and hearts well. Students learn best in schools where they are well known, where expectations are high, support is strong, and where their voice and their parents’ voices are valued. The mission of Rocketship Los Sueños Academy is to recognize all of these values and ensure that the students are empowered to learn, lead, and be positive and productive members of their community.

  1. Rocketship students will develop a deep love of reading.
  2. Rocketship will provide the parents of San Jose with a path for their children to take in order to have the best chance to attend a four-year college.
  3. Rocketship will encourage our alumni to return to San Jose and become leaders in their community.
