St. Louis Catholic School strives to provide an environment enlivened by faith, love, and respect in which students are nurtured and encouraged to develop their gifts to their fullest potential for the good of the communities they serve. Our philosophy at St. Louis Catholic School is to develop a Christian attitude through faculty, students and parental involvement - working for the total person in a Catholic Environment We, the faculty, encourage the students to have a Christian attitude in the ordinary events of the childs school day by consistent and constant reinforcement of this attitude and by our personal example, Using the techniques of positive reinforcement and student accountability for actions, we strengthen the development of a Christian attitude and universal values, The development of a Christian attitude is strengthened by student participation in their class Masses and paraliturgical services. The students are actively involved in planning meaningful Catholic liturgical experiences, The parents develop in the students the concept of a Christian attitude by reinforcing through their example at home and school. As concerned participants they may serve as teacher aides, room parents, chaperones, coaches and are actively interested in student evaluations.
