Starwood Montessori School was established in September, 2000 and is an full full member school with the American Montessori Society. We serve over 300 students ages two to fifteen.
Starwood Montessori School offers Toddler, Primary, Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, and Secondary Programs. Each student is viewed as a unique individual and is able to grow and develop at his or her own pace. Supplemental classes, such as Music, Movement Education, Spanish, Computers, and Nature Study, are a part of each student's day.
Starwood Montessori School is a learning community composed of children, their families, and a dedicated staff. Our program provides excellent Montessori instruction for students ages two to fifteen. While a strong academic curriculum is our foundation, the school's ultimate goal is to help students develop a love of learning and a passion for individual growth that will last throughout their lives.
Private schools, including parochial and boarding, are funded through tuition and fees. The cost varies from school to school, but most families pay tuition to attend them. Many private schools offer financial aid or discounts, so it's worthwhile to ask about these options.
