Michiana Christian School says

Michiana Christian School is dedicated to reaching the highest of academic standards, while sharing Christ’s love, instilling Christian values and nurturing the faith of our students. Our faculty, staff and administration work closely together to further their academic success and spiritual well-being. Our small class sizes allow teachers to spend more quality time with each student. The primary curriculum used at MCS is from the Abeka program, and teachers supplement with other quality materials as needed. In addition to academics, MCS students attend computer, gym, music and art classes. Students perform Christmas and Spring Musical Programs.

Private schools, including parochial and boarding, are funded through tuition and fees. The cost varies from school to school, but most families pay tuition to attend them. Many private schools offer financial aid or discounts, so it's worthwhile to ask about these options.
