St. Marks Cathedral School is a private educational institution founded as a ministry of St. Mark's Cathedral (Episcopal) in 1953 and includes grades PK-3 through 8. St. Mark’s Mission is to value the individual who comes to us, help that student to realize his or her potential, and to foster a culture that reflects Christian values, intellectual curiosity, and a strong work ethic. Our goal is to develop a student who feels self-confident educationally, socially, and spiritually, and who can reach out to help others in our community.
Private schools, including parochial and boarding, are funded through tuition and fees. The cost varies from school to school, but most families pay tuition to attend them. Many private schools offer financial aid or discounts, so it's worthwhile to ask about these options.
