Forestry Division
Have you ever wondered what types of trees are in Ohio's forests? What kind of relationships organisms forge with the forest? This, and much more, will be learned through programs such as dendrology and forest ecology. Other programs include silviculture, the care and cultivation of forests; forest measurements, the measurement of trees, logs, and the inventory of stands of trees; wildlife management, the interrelationship between wildlife and forests; and forest products, the study of various items created from the forest.
