I plan and instruct each subject area using a wide variety of motivational and implementation strategies as well as teaching aids in order to engage students in active learning, which is essential for growth. I also incorporate learning modality principles into classroom and individual instruction and develop and conduct inter-grade activities. It is important to implement technological approaches to the subject material. Finally, in order to stay up to date, I research educational resources on the Internet and implement them in everyday learning. I hold Bachelors Degree in General Science and Chemistry. I also hold Bachelors of Arts in Studies in Religion. I also have two degrees from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI. One is from the School of Education, where I earned my Professional Teaching Certificate issued by the Michigan Department of Education.
