Katherine (Kate) Zinsser, is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Her research focuses on identifying effective social-emotional teaching practices and the formation of educational environments that promote teacher and child well-being. She is passionate about ensuring young children are socially and emotionally prepared to succeed in school.
