Lisa Friedman

Inclusive Educator, Religious School Director, writer & speaker

Widely recognized in the field of Jewish Inclusive Education, Lisa consults with faith organizations to develop inclusive practices through dialogue & interactive workshops. Lisa is the Education Director at Temple Beth-El in Central NJ and is the Manager of Social Media and Alumni Networks for Matan.

Before entering the world of Jewish education, Lisa taught in a self-contained special education classroom in a public (secular) school. In addition to special education and elementary education teaching certificates, she received an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, both from Rutgers University.
