Ian has with 20 years experience in the entertainment and digital media industries. He started to research multi-platform storytelling in 2004, working with students from 2007 in various medialabs on transmedia prototypes and production models. He founded Hubbub Media in 2008 to develop original transmedia properties and formats. In TEDxTransmedia he questions who should be held responsible for producing socially responsible media. About TEDx: In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
