Check out Bas Rutten's Liver Shot on MMA Surge: http://bit.ly/MMASurgeEp1 The Move Tool in Adobe After Effects allows you to move objects and assets around the Composition. For instance, in the example video, the project calls for the addition of effects that would simulate video game graphics.? To select the Move Tool (or Selection Tool), either click the button that looks like a mouse pointer at the very left side of the top tool bar or press V on your keyboard. In your Composition, whichever item you select is going to be in the upper most layer. So, in order to select something in a lower layer, you need to navigate through your layer layout in the HUD window. This window will most likely fill the bottom of your screen. Scroll through your various layers until you find the one you want to work with. Click on it to select it. With the appropriate layer selected, you can then manipulate the object associated with that layer. Click and drag on the points that surround the object to alter it. You can change its size, aspect ratio and rotation as you work in free transform mode.? If you press and hold Shift on your keyboard while clicking and dragging on the object's points, every movement to make the object larger or smaller will occur to scale. This is good for maintaining an object's aspect ratio when resizing. Read more by visiting our page at: http://www.mahalo.com/courses/adobe-after-effects/learn-the-toolbar/move-tool/
