Alan Mlynek

Chief of Technology Solutions

Alan leads the Solutions Architecture team at Noodle, which designs and configures the tools and technologies used to deliver an exceptional student experience from marketing to graduation.

Prior to joining Noodle, Alan Mlynek was a director of data and technology for Success Academies. At Success, Mr. Mlynek led the delivery and integration of solutions for digital learning, content management, project management, helpdesk support, and communications for 14,000 students and 2,000 employees. He created a team of IT specialists, project managers, and developers dedicated to automating processes across the 41 schools in order to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Before Success Academies, Mr. Mlynek worked in strategic communications for members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. He holds a Master’s of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
