One reason is that the college offers a massive variety of fields that one can go into. It can give an insight on what a person wants to do for their career, even if they're not completely sure. The second reason is that community colleges are much more affordable for people that don't want to take out massive loans that they may have trouble paying off down the line. I know many people that are taking this route and are fine with it, even if they don't get the full university experience. The third reason for going to McHenry County College is the instructors are very relatable and friendly. They will help you with school work, or personal problems that may be serious. If you don't understand some topics of the subject, they will be very happy to help and see you succeed.
